Aviation Gin

Aviation Gin is a super-premium gin made from juniper berries along with complementary botanical ingredients sourced from around the world. It was created by entrepreneur and actor Ryan Reynolds in collaboration with master distiller and recipe creator, Christian Krogstad. Aviation Gin is distilled in Portland, Oregon and has earned numerous awards, including the 2016 and 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition’s Double Gold Medal and the 2017 New York International Spirits Competition’s Chairman’s Trophy.

Aviation Gin boasts a unique flavor profile that sets it apart from other gins. It is made with nine different botanicals, such as juniper, cardamom, coriander, lavender, and anise, which are combined to craft a smooth, complex flavor. The botanicals are steeped for twenty-four hours before distillation, resulting in a gin that is dry and fragrant.
