2. AGE REQUIREMENT AND ALCOHOL PURCHASES

The purchase, possession, and delivery of alcoholic beverages are subject to applicable laws and regulations.

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order for alcoholic beverages through our Website, or meet the applicable legal age requirement in the jurisdiction where the order is delivered or picked up.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You meet the applicable legal drinking age;

• You are legally permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages;

• You will not purchase alcohol on behalf of a person who is under the legal drinking age.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery or pickup if satisfactory identification cannot be provided, if the recipient is underage, or if the recipient appears to be intoxicated.

Product prices, promotions, taxes, bottle deposits, and delivery charges may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, bottle deposits, and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, promotional errors, product information errors, and other inaccuracies.

If an order has been placed based on an obvious pricing or product information error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a refund of any amount paid, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
 

6. PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods displayed during the checkout process.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

You authorize Crown Cellars and its authorized payment processor to charge the applicable amount for your order.

We may obtain authorization from the card issuer or payment provider and may decline or cancel a transaction if payment authorization cannot be obtained.

Crown Cellars does not knowingly store complete credit card information on its own servers. Payment information may be securely processed by third-party payment service providers in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy policies.
 

7. DELIVERY

Delivery availability, delivery areas, delivery charges, estimated delivery times, and other delivery conditions are subject to our Shipping/Delivery Policy and applicable laws.

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as delivery location and package size and will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

We may be unable to deliver to certain addresses or locations.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses where delivery service restrictions prevent such shipments.

For alcohol deliveries, the recipient may be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification and sign for the shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery where the recipient:

• Cannot provide acceptable identification;

• Is under the applicable legal drinking age;

• Appears intoxicated;

• Is not legally permitted to receive the alcoholic beverages; or

• Does not meet the requirements of the applicable delivery provider or law.
   

8. DAMAGED, LOST, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

We take reasonable care to package orders appropriately before they leave our premises.

Once an order has been transferred to a third-party courier or delivery provider, delivery is subject to the courier's terms, conditions, policies, and procedures.

To the extent permitted by law, Crown Cellars is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by a third-party courier after the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

Where shipping insurance or other protection is available through the carrier, customers may be responsible for selecting or purchasing such protection.

Please contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe.
 

9. PICKUP ORDERS

For orders selected for local pickup, you will receive confirmation when your order is ready for collection.

You may be required to provide your order information and valid government-issued photo identification when collecting an order containing alcoholic beverages.

Orders may not be released to individuals who do not meet the applicable legal age requirements.
 

10. BOTTLE AND CAN DEPOSITS

Applicable bottle and can deposits or recycling fees may be charged on qualifying products in accordance with applicable Alberta regulations.

The amount of any applicable deposit or recycling fee will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
 

11. DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their specific terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

• Discount codes may be limited to online purchases.

• Discount codes may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and receipt of alcoholic beverages comply with the laws applicable to you and the delivery destination.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to permit the sale or delivery of alcoholic beverages where such sale or delivery is prohibited by law.
